At TheLeatheria, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged, not refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags/packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes or styles, subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made within the same 30-day period as returns.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, TheLeatheria covers shipping costs.
  • For all other cases (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
